The Challenge

Sonobi had a cutting-edge CTV and OTT advertising platform, but their brand, website, and collateral didn’t fully convey their expertise. Their previous materials were technical-heavy, confusing, and difficult for non-engineers to understand. Internal processes for tracking leads and sales were managed on spreadsheets, making communication and reporting inefficient.

They needed a partner to refresh their brand, clarify their messaging, modernize their website, and create tools that aligned marketing with sales.

Branding & Visual Identity

While keeping the core Sonobi logo, we brightened the brand with bold new colors and expanded the palette beyond its original blue. This refresh brought energy, clarity, and consistency across all materials.

We also worked with them to develop a comprehensive Brand Guide to ensure internal teams could maintain cohesive messaging and visuals across every channel.

Collateral & Messaging

We refreshed Sonobi’s collateral to match the updated brand and messaging. Old materials were confusing and heavily technical; our updates used clear, concise language that anyone could understand while still accurately representing Sonobi’s offerings.

The new collateral aligned with sales goals, reinforcing key messaging at every touchpoint.

Website & Digital Experience

We designed a new website with more pages and richer content, clearly defining what Sonobi does and making its complex technology approachable. Bold colors and circular design elements were introduced, giving the site personality and cohesion that didn’t exist before.

HubSpot was integrated so every lead and interaction could be tracked end-to-end, replacing the old spreadsheet system and improving both internal communication and external customer experience.

Social Media & Lead Alignment

Our social media strategy was built to complement sales efforts. Posts were created and scheduled strategically, and performance was tracked through HubSpot so Sonobi could directly see the ROI from social media interactions all the way through the sales funnel.
