Based in Kansas City, Amply Media built a hyper-engaged, content-driven digital network with a global reach, growing to more than 110 million subscribers across 50+ entertainment websites spanning the most popular content verticals.

Keeping Up with the Pace

The Challenge

Amply Media was growing fast, building an incredible internal culture and gaining traction in the marketplace—but their brand, website, and marketing systems weren’t keeping up. They lacked a modern visual identity, didn’t have clear visibility into lead activity, and needed stronger alignment between marketing and sales.

On top of that, their story wasn’t being told in a way that attracted new clients or new talent.

Marketing Strategy

We worked hand-in-hand with the sales team to keep messaging aligned and build strategies that supported both awareness and conversion. This included creating special landing pages that could be used in outreach and presentations to better support the sales cycle.

Branding

We developed a new visual identity for Amply Media, replacing the dated look with a bold, confident logo and design system that reflected the company’s culture, growth, and industry leadership. To ensure consistency across every touchpoint, we created a comprehensive Brand Guide that employees could use to keep all materials aligned and on-brand.

Website

We redesigned Amply Media’s website from the ground up, creating a clean, modern experience that clearly communicates who they are and supports lead conversion. At the same time, we implemented HubSpot and Google Analytics, integrating all forms and lead flows so the sales team could see exactly how prospects were engaging with the brand in real time.

Culture Champions

To support both external outreach and internal culture, we created a suite of branded collateral—including sales sheets, employee benefit guides, an annual Yearbook filled with stats and photos, and welcome materials for new team members.

Culture was a major priority, so we also launched quarterly swag drops and helped support company events to drive pride, connection, and team engagement across the organization.

Social Media Management

We fully managed Amply Media’s social presence, highlighting awards, showcasing culture, and educating the public about what the company does. Through consistent, strategic content, we built a large and highly engaged audience across multiple platforms.
